Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a District Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of project plans at the block level, ensuring effective coordination and task implementation. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with local stakeholders, managing project teams, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of project plans at the block level. Ensure effective coordination and implementation of tasks within the assigned district. 2.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local stakeholders, including community leaders and organizations. Facilitate collaboration to ensure alignment with project objectives and garner local support. 3.Team Management: Support the district coordinator in managing the project team at the block level. Communicate clear roles and responsibilities to team members and ensure their adherence. 4.Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and compile relevant data from the block level. Assist in the analysis and preparation of reports for district-level reporting. 5.Financial Management: Assist in managing the project budget at the block level. Monitor expenditures and contribute to financial reporting as required. 6.Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and project-related standards. Provide support to the district coordinator in maintaining compliance throughout the project. 7.Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks or assignments mutually agreed upon beyond the scope of this contract. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, community development, business administration). Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in a community development context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Job tags
