Job Title: CPL Ground Class Instructor

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Type: Contractual

Company Overview:

We are a leading aviation training center based in Baner, Pune, dedicated to providing comprehensive training to aspiring pilots. We are currently seeking pilots who have a knack for teaching to join our team as Pilot Trainers.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training classes for Commercial Pilot License (CPL) ground classes.

2. Provide training to students, on our state of the art Flight Simulators.

3. Customize training materials and methodologies to suit the learning needs of diverse groups.

4. Provide mentorship and guidance to aspiring pilots to help them excel in their DGCA exams.

Requirements:

1. Qualification:

Minimum- Cleared all five DGCA papers.

Preferred- Hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or CGIs

2. Demonstrated experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in aviation or related fields.

3. Strong understanding of all five subjects i.e Nav, Met, RTR, Tech and Reg.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Flexibility to work on a contractual basis with reporting in office preferred.

6. CPL holders and CGIs will be preferred.

Location and Schedule:

1. The position is located in Baner, Pune.

2. The training center operates seven days a week, offering flexibility in scheduling.

3. Preference will be given to candidates based in Pune.
