Our clients a leading MNC Telecom Company is looking for its Broadband Internet division
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Nasik
Salary 5 -7 lacs
Role: Tasks and responsibilities
1- Undertake complete planning and execution of the pre-sales process at a front line level.
2- Increase awareness of the Company product using suitable media (newspaper inserts, distribution at school gates or shopping malls)
3- Understand the local geography and gauge the extent of potential in the area
4- Maintain the customer database for the area including no of PCS in the household, number of subscribers to the competition. Extent of interest of the subscriber, which month he is planning to buy internet connectivity
5- Expand the customer base by booking orders and converting potential into sales
6- Liaise with building societies/ secretaries and obtain permissions for cabling in their premises
7- Conduct live demos of the product. Arrange live demos in building premises for the residents. Set up and prepare for these demos by ensuring requisite permissions, hardware, cabling are all taken care of on time for a smooth demo.
8- Conduct road shows with their team members at places, which would draw the maximum footfalls such as department stores or shopping malls. Arrange all the support and infrastructure necessary for the conduct of road shows by working with the technical and operations teams.
9- When sale is closed, ensure that customers system is evaluated for compatibility with the product and that installation is completed within the committed time. Co-ordinate with the ops group to ensure customer has a satisfying experience with the product.
10- Attend to post sales customer queries and make customers aware of the call center support services
11- Induct new hires by familiarizing them with the local area and sales methodology
12- If required, determine cases to be escalated to manager for assistance at the right time so that the sale is concluded
13- Any other duties relating to this position as may be assigned.
