Job Description:
The Manager for BBU Access & Reimbursement plays a pivotal role as the Access Business partner for the CVRM and Respiratory Business Units. This position also involves collaborating closely with Institutional Business teams across India-MC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with CVRM & Respiratory Business Units to develop business cases for new product launches and access enhancement strategies.
- Representing India-MC in internal CVRM and Respiratory Access forums.
- Developing tools and strategies to improve patient access for CVRM and Respiratory products across both private and public sectors.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including other Access colleagues, to implement access strategies effectively.
- Serving as a key business partner for Institutional Business teams across India-MC, contributing to the development of strategies and tools for faster and wider reimbursement.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Preferably holds an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Prior experience in Institutional Business, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development & Licensing, or Strategy roles.
- Demonstrates a detailed understanding of public health systems and reimbursement markets.
