Your Responsibilities

Sales of the entire ADM Nutrition portfolio manufactured and supplied by various ADM entities via direct sales to existing and target new customers focusing on the General Food/ Sweet Foods & Dairy market segment and flavor sales. The incumbent will be responsible for the NS/GM/OP for the targeted segments and accounts with a Key Account Management approach. Mapping the market and promoting new offerings / customized solutions to existing customers & new target accounts. Development of sales territory in line with the agreed annual sales budget and forecasting to ensure the target revenues and margins are achieved. Full responsibility for final customer pricing and margin enhancement including full utilization of pricing in alignment with BU Head Continually monitor and appraise emerging products or trends to identify and report on business opportunities in targeted accounts. To work closely with customers to be supportive and helpful while retaining confidentially and implementing agreed product strategies. Liaising with colleagues internally to keep up to date with developments regarding open orders, pending samples against orders, quotations, shipment follow up, etc. To provide visit reports with detailed information of items discussed competitive information and industry developments. Ensure up to date information related to market segment and accounts are maintained

Your Profile MBA in Sales ,Marketing , Business Food technology Background will be plus point Min 10 yrs. of Exp in same in the B2B sales Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related technical field. Strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the F&B industry. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions. Able to drive Commercial function with strong Team Leadership skills Strong People Management Skills Good exposure to business with accounting key deliverables Strong Negotiation skills and Budgeting experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong MS Office and presentation skills
