Job description
Responsibilities
. Maintaining the facilities and overseeing the daily administrative operations
. Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams
. Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property
. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
. Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in areas like transport, canteen and waste disposal.
. Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing insurances for maintenance
. Coordination with professionals for repairs for the building, equipment, or machinery
. Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
. Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
. Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
.
. Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit - furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and also closing identified observation & NC's within specified SLA's.
Additional Responsibilities:
. Bachelor's degree Hotel management or related field required Master's degree desirable.
. Three - Four years of related experience preferred.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
