Role And Responsibilities - Calibration of instruments related to pressure, temperature, vacuum, flow meters, level switches, etc.
- Preparation of required SOPs for the instrumentation department.
- Ensuring all instruments are calibrated and calibration labels are affixed.
- Planning and execution of calibration schedule, verification of raw data, and calibration certificates.
- Coordinating and verifying weighing balance stamping activities along with all required documentation.
- Arranging data loggers/hygrometers for temperature mapping as per requirement.
- Resolving programming issues, HMI, and PLC issues.
- Participating in various activities related to AHU validation, project work, modification, and qualification.
- Having basic knowledge of GDP and GMP of the pharma industry.
Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of calibration procedures and standards.
- Good understanding of GDP and GMP requirements in the pharma industry.
