Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Work closely with the production team to create production schedules and ensure efficient production processes.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process, conducting quality checks and inspections.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed and excess inventory is minimized.
Timely Delivery: Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished garments to customers.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
1-4 years of experience in fashion retail / brand management sector is preferred.
Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser or in a related role in the apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management.
