SAS Grid Administrator
Position Description
Required Skills:
7+ years of relevant IT experience
Primary Responsibilities
• Utilize the SAS support website ( and SAS documentation for installation setup and troubleshooting
• Maintain LSF operations on the SAS GRID and monitored Job Count, Memory and CPU health using RTM for LSF
• Troubleshoot Process manager and GFS2 issues
• Responsible for Hotfix implementation on Test and Prod Metadata, mid-tier and compute tiers to resolve performance issues.
• Identify and provision for EOL software technologies
• Participate in audit and compliance issues related to SAS environments
• Support SAS9.4M7
• Apply updates, patches and maintenance releases
Skills/ Competency – Additionally Preferred
• Migration Experience from SAS9.4 M7 to M8
• Experience in performing Version upgrades
• Excellent communication skills
