Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rajkot. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production, managing production schedules, monitoring quality control, and ensuring that production goals are met. The Production Manager will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and decrease costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management
• Ability to manage production schedules and meet production goals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with quality control and process improvement
• Knowledge of production equipment and maintenance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
