Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Psychologist Career Counsellor, with excellent communication skills and a background in psychology, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have access to psychology tests and tools required for conducting skills and personality assessments, such as HSPQ and DBDA. She will play a crucial role in assisting clients in their career development by offering personalized guidance, utilizing psychological insights, and fostering effective communication. Responsibilities: Establish a sense of trust and credibility with clients. Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with clients to understand their career goals, interests, skills, and values, utilizing appropriate psychology tests and tools. Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help clients overcome career-related challenges and uncertainties. Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and job market dynamics to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Collaborate with other team members to share insights, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our counselling services. Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and group sessions on career-related topics. Design and deliver improvement sessions to prospective candidates based on assessment outcomes. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation. Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Proven experience in career counselling preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic and understanding demeanor. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of various career assessment tools and counselling techniques.Job tags
