To ensure all BAU reports will deliver within defined timeline/ SLA as defined by stakeholders.
To maintain 100% accuracy to maintain quality reporting service and as well as to achieve reporting KPI objectives.
To create reporting SOP s whenever new reporting service will be onboarded and make necessary changes/updated in existing documentation whenever required. And ensure to get audited new reporting SOP s /updated reporting documentation by service leads/reporting manager in timely manner.
High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
Effective communication skills to get engaged with stakeholders/service leads/senior management to understand Adhoc reporting requirements/ to resolve queries on existing reporting services.
Adhere to key performance indicators for quality reporting services to customers/stakeholders.
To follow and practice best reporting practices for quality reporting/ automation/ data management.
Proactive approach to improve existing reporting services by putting more emphasis on process automation.
Must have
Candidate should be well versed and hand on experience in MS office tools especially Excel, Word, and PPT.
Must have been Advance level of knowledge in MS-Excel. Hand on experience in Advance excel formulas tools/ Power Query/Pivot table in previous organizations. Good to have exposure in latest version of MS office-365.
Sound knowledge of SharePoint and it features.
Basic level of knowledge in Power BI, DAX Power Automate.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in service delivery, IT operations, or a related field
