Job Title: Business Development Executive

Company: Shani Corporation Limited

Experience Level: 0-1 year

Salary: ₹15,000- ₹20,000 monthly + incentives + yearly bonuses

Location: Omaxe India Trade Center, Alpha-II Commercial Belt, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308

  1. Proactively call and follow up on leads provided by the company to convert them into our clients.
  2. Establish and nurture professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Maintain regular communication with key prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare detailed project proposals and quotations.
  5. Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
  6. Use excellent communication and persuasion skills to close sales.
  7. Maintain meticulous records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software or Excel.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Monthly salary in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
  2. Incentives based on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Yearly bonuses based on overall performance.

  1. Graduate in any area of study.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in business development, with preference given to candidates from the building material industry or property sales.
  3. A laptop is a must, with a working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
