Job description
Customer Service Sales Manager:- The role focuses on meeting business needs of external customer and has suppliers like finance, Supply chain, Customer Care Solution Center and internal customers like regional Sales/Service teams, business managers while contributing to business growth and gross margin.
Your role:
u2022 The main purpose of this role is to drive Service business growth to meet Service Revenue and Order intake targets while contributing to gross margins as per the organizationu2019s needs.
u2022 The CS Sales Manager reports to the Regional Service Manager and closely coordinates with the CS Marketing Manager u2013 All India. Additionally, collaboration with the regional sales manager and sales area managers for equipment sales support is crucial.

1. Experience: More that 8 Years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Services industr
2. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
4. Anything else: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
