Job Title: Recruitment and Development Manager - Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Development Manager with a strong background in sales, insurance, and team management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team, as well as designing and implementing development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our existing sales force. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, and team management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
