You will lead a diverse team of professionals, manage resources, and ensure that production targets are met while adhering to industry best practices and company policies. Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and maximize overall plant efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Team Management Lead and inspire a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and open communication. Quality Assurance Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Implement and maintain quality control processes and protocols to guarantee consistent product excellence. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product-related issues and implement corrective actions. Health And Safety Prioritize employee safety by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Identify potential safety hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents or incidents. Conduct regular safety training and promote a safety-conscious culture. Resource Management Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production capabilities. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and efficient inventory management. Budget Management Monitor and manage the manufacturing budget to control costs while ensuring operational excellence.
