Role Description
Techeco Waste Management is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to lead the company's growth strategy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that generate new business, identifying new sales leads, pitching products and services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing client accounts. This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home and will be based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role
- Good understanding of the waste management industry
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with an aptitude in building relationships
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in the environmental sustainability sector will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
