Qualitative Research – Manager/ Sr. Manager

We are seeking a Research Insights professional to join our prestigious organization, ResearchFox Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Towards this, you will lead a team in the office, generate business revenue from CPG & non-CPG clients, ensure a high quality execution and output to clients from your team members as well as execute studies yourself. You will also, on occasion, handle work in locations that are yet to be established in India.

Research Skills

1. Proposal Writing

a. Prepare proposals as per the brief – Understand need for study, objective of study, decide the research approach and methodology, research design elements, sample plans etc.

b. Developing Research Instruments like discussion guides, research stimulus materials, secondary market information, creation of discussion guides

2. Content Analysis

a. Summarise the data collected in a structured manner to help provide a clear and insightful input for the presentation

3. Preparing Reports & Presentations

a. Ability to prepare detailed report and present to client with support of the findings.

4. Project Management Knowledge – Must have detailed knowledge on Project Setup, Execution & Commercial Management

Essentials Skills

• Create an effective Qualitative research strategy
• Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth, cultivate strong & effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients.
• Maintain a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition
• Oversee Branding and Reputation Management of the Organization 
• Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs
• Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analysing the studies.
• You will work with our Qualitative/ other teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients' market needs.
• Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the financially disciplined execution of jobs
• Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with your teams Responsible for output of the team, service delivery.
• Automotive & FMCG Industry experience is must along with knowledge on other verticals.

Must Requirements :

• MBA Graduates as academics with good communication skills
• Minimum 5 Years of market research experience in Qualitative Research
• Need to work for diverse research requirements of blue chip FMCG, Food, Shopper, Durables, Telecom, Auto clients.
• Having strong expertise in PowerPoint, Data Analysis & Story Telling
