Role And Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-6 members and ensuring the smooth functioning of technical support operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of technical support professionals
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance to customers and resolving technical issues
  • Monitoring and maintaining uptime and downtime of systems
  • Utilizing strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge to analyze and resolve problems
  • Understanding how the Internet works, particularly in relation to and DNS
  • Programming knowledge and experience, preferably in Python or Java
  • Working with REST APIs and related tools
  • Experience with centralized monitoring tools like Kibana
  • Expertise in project and issue tracking tools like Jira and Zendesk
  • Being customer-focused and dedicated to providing superior service
  • Demonstrating problem-solving ability and creativity in proposing and implementing new solutions for customers
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for the position of Technical Support Manager, you should have:

  • Experience of 7-12 years in technical support, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong skills in handling L3 & L4 support
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technical issues for products

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts
  • Understanding of how the Internet works, including and DNS
  • Programming experience, preferably in Python or Java
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and related tools
  • Proficiency in centralized monitoring tools like Kibana
