Job description
We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager/ Project Manager to handle our ECommerce division's projects and customer deliveries. Duties will include establishing project delivery teams, ensuring the team operates correctly and collaborates well, and keeping them motivated. Also, develop long-term client relationships hence generating repeat business. Your duties will also include:
Experience - 6 yrs- 11 years Salary - 8-20 Lacs P.A. Conducting data analyses to assess a project's progress Controlling business procedures Determining project delivery issues and assisting the team so they can overcome them Ensuring the delivery team focuses on the highest priority tasks for delivering the product or service Looking for ways of improving the delivery team's performance and output Mentoring project delivery team members, which includes making sure they adopt suitable project management techniques Managing and planning training and mentoring for the team members Handling account management activities with existing customers, hence generating repeat business Providing required information and support to the finance team for invoicing Manage presales and proposal preparation for prospective customers Qualifications Technical Knowledge - Hands-on past experience with technology projects and knowledge of PHP stack / MySQL/ JavaScript/ HTML/ CSS) to be able to estimate tasks and help your team overcome blocks. Collaboration: Build effective delivery teams, encourage collaboration, empower team members, and leave helpful feedback. Knowledge of project management practices: Understand various project management methodologies and how to apply these principles to create a clear framework for their delivery team. They can also use project management tools effectively to visualize project progress and improve project delivery. Mentoring abilities: Delivery managers guide their team members by suggesting processes to use and ensuring the team focuses on the project's output. They can also motivate their team and set sustainable workloads. Exceptional customer-facing skills - ability to handle customer escalations, and generate more business from existing customers Ability to learn - new methodologies and processes quickly - like the usage of Agile methodologies and AI to deliver high-quality software solutions to our customers. You will report directly to the Director and be responsible for all aspects of service delivery. Please note that we are looking for candidates with hands on experience in the PHP stack, Magento, Adobe Commerce.
