You are responsible for

The FSE performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change, for Multi-modality equipment(CT/MRI/Cathlab/XRay/Ultrasound)
u2022 Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
u2022 Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
u2022 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
u2022 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
u2022 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
u2022 Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
u2022 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
u2022 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
u2022 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
u2022 Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
u2022 The ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
