Job description
As a Senior Technical Writer in our IT domain, you will play a critical role in ensuring our technical documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and easily understandable for a diverse audience, including developers, engineers, and end-users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, product guides and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and product managers to gather and validate information. Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. Develop and maintain a documentation style guide and templates. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of documentation. Collaborate with training teams for content creation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proven experience as a technical writer in the IT domain, with at least 8 of experience. Strong knowledge of IT concepts, systems, and technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
