Job description:
· Ensure delivery of defect free Machines dispatch to customers
· Ensure all Quality Management Systems are working in Manufacturing.
· Ensure 100% PDI in all production shops.
· Ensure 100% PDI in Assembly, Packing and Machine Dispatch
· Ensure Parts produced inhouse or supplier end meeting 100% drawing requirements.
· Ensure quality of supplier parts by proper incoming inspection and supplier process audit
· Prepare Control Plan and inspection check sheets for all Inhouse Manufacturing Parts and ensure part inspection as per control plan.
· Ensure availability of right inspection Gauges and instruments and introduce modern
· Ensure calibration of gauges and inspection instruments as per schedule
· Root cause analysis customer complaints, assign responsibilities and ensure CAPA
· Engage with stakeholders to resolve Quality issues.
· Aesthetics Improvement machine
· Ensure timely audits for all statutory and standards requirements like ISO certification
. Skill development of team members to meeting future shop's performance requirement
Profile description:
· Experience as Lead of Plant Quality Assurance function of capital equipment manufacturing or Engineering industry .
· Hands on experience of Quality Management Systems and tools.
. Good knowledge measuring instruments, equipment, and gauges.
· Good interpersonal skills
· Team working and team development
. Knowledge of process capabilities methods and calculation
Experience: 15+ years of experience
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute
