Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Ludhiana. The Collections Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the collections process to ensure timely payments by customers. Day-to-day tasks include developing collection strategies, monitoring outstanding accounts, managing a team of collections agents, and providing timely reports to senior management.
