Work from Home! Compensation with 1 Year Experience - 3.6 LPA; 2 Years Experience - 5 LPA; 3+ Years experience - 6 LPA. Plus Annual Bonus. Please do not apply if compensation is not acceptable. You'll work with our founders and US members plus off-shore cloud and AI team. Must have development experience. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes to support our software development lifecycle. Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes, integrating with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Monitor, optimize, and scale cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency. Implement and enforce security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, ensuring uptime and reliability of services. Collaborate with development teams to streamline development workflows, improve release cycles, and foster a culture of continuous integration and delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in infrastructure setup and management. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions for cloud infrastructure (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Persuasive communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Skills Required: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
