Key Responsibilities - Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates across diverse industries.
- Build and maintain a rich and diverse candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Assess candidates for various roles, from entrylevel to executive positions.
- Client Collaboration:
- Develop strong relationships with clients across different industries to understand their unique staffing needs and requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions tailored to different industries and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Implement targeted advertising and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to build relationships and expand your network.
- Leverage industry connections to source and refer candidates.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and emerging talent pools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding market conditions.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies for different roles and industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced and everchanging recruitment environment.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and problemsolving abilities.
