Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Manager!
In this role, Project Manager will lead and manage Operational & Transformational projects within our organization with a focus on project management excellence. The candidate will also ensure that project gets aligned with company&rsquos goals, delivered on time and should be Within scope, budget, and in accordance with industry best practices.
. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. Manage all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to all the project critical Guidelines & procedures
. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to define project requirements and expectations, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor project deliverables and implement quality control processes and ensure alignment with other relevant standards
. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, considering industry regulations and best practices
. Communication & Reporting: Facilitate regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and upper management. Provide ongoing project status reports, updates, and necessary documentation
. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity while maintaining a focus on project objectives and standards adherence Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Master&rsquos/Bachelor&rsquos degree in Commerce
. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified & should have the minimum experience of being a PM for at least relevant years. He/she must have project completion experience especially in operations
. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification
. Should possess Strong Analytical skills (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & prescriptive) organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
. Proficiency in project management software tools
. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification
. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified & should have the minimum experience of being a PM for at least relevant years
