Job description

We at UpSale are looking for a customer support profile with a background in technical knowledge preferably having a degree in B Tech or BCA or MCA or any other technical certifications.

Location: Indore

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems-related issues.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems with an emphasis on first-call resolution.
  3. Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  4. Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement solutions.
  5. Document and maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Ensure security and privacy of systems and data by following company policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
  4. Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  6. Strong customer service orientation.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
