Job description
We at UpSale are looking for a customer support profile with a background in technical knowledge preferably having a degree in B Tech or BCA or MCA or any other technical certifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with an emphasis on first-call resolution.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement solutions.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and data by following company policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
