Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing end-to-end customer support for our OTTPlay all verticals which includes users & business partners. - Support day-to-day customer support operations via (calls, emails & chats). - High proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Word, etc.)- Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure the highest and most accurate form of support - Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns - Ensure service delivered to our customers meets Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')Job tags
