Experience at BROKING house or similar is must (7-8years).
Should be well versed with client grievance mechanism as per Sebi / Exchanges.
Should be proactive.
Fluent in English both writing & verbal.
A strong team player.
Job Responsibilities
To analyze legal implications of various issues and advising various internal stakeholders and management on it.
Deal all legal matters including criminal, civil, police liaison, and arbitration matters.
To handle the complaint/claim filed in different exchanges.
To handle court proceedings at different location of India.
Providing secretarial and paralegal support to compliance team.
To provide consultation in legal aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Shops and Establishment Legislations, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act etc.
Be a support to HR Department, advising on termination/warning letters/notices sent on employment/labour related matters.
To be updated with new laws and educate the internal stakeholders on the new introduced/amended laws.
Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters.
Drafting & vetting of complaints, submissions, petitions notices, memorandums etc.
