JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Achieve individual SLA targets set as well as the account level collective targets set for the team.

Thorough with quality framework and concepts. Be able to train inhouse resources on the concepts.

Ensure delivery of the project from a time cost and quality perspective.

Drive continuous process improvements by initiating and delivering process improvement projects.

Maintain process related MIS and dashboards.

Ensure compliance of all process requirements is not less than 100%

Ensure staffing is planned in alignment to the business requirement.

Ensure productivity improvement plan is as per the contract (min) or organizational norms established.

Ensure team productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year.

Ensure utilization of resources is at 100% and any deviation should be explained with valid justification.

Lead Lean and Kaizen projects within the team to create customer delight.

Maintain and manage individual performance scorecards.

100% adherence to process specifications compliance of self and team members training related to process and individual development.

Ensure compliance of team s learning plan adherence.

Ensure completion of all mandatory training and certifications for self and team.

Manage employee retention and engagement (manage attrition within a target range and ESAT scores).

Contribute to recruitment (measure through participation in screening and interviewing candidates).

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor s or master s degree

NonBTech preferably

EXPERIENCE

Overall experience of 7 in US healthcare with 23 years of experience in Enrollment & Maintenance preferred.

Good interpersonal skills

Stakeholder management

Demonstrate successful execution of macros & automation.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Overall experience of 7 in US healthcare with 23 years of experience in Enrollment & Maintenance preferred.

Possess good Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. Six Sigma GB Trained/Certified would be an advantage.

Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.

Familiarize the team with the customer needs specifications quality models techniques and tools to support task performance.

Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards.

Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team s requirements.

Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.

Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.

Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.
