As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Furniture Brand Store Manager to lead our flagship store.
Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Furniture Brand Store Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in the furniture or home decor sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flagship store, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of dedicated sales associates, maintaining inventory levels, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills among the staff.
Sales and Performance Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve store targets.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to create visually appealing displays and layouts that showcase our furniture collections effectively
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the head office to implement operational policies and procedures.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the store budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Implement effective in-store promotions and events to increase customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
