Job description
Site engineers are responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites before any building work takes place . They also build roads, drainage systems and other vital facilities to make sure construction projects go off without a hitch.
Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
Site Execution
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
- Managing material and labor cost and delivery on time of the same
- Material Planning for the given site and ensure marital availability as per project requirement.
- Reviewing the subcontractors/ workers rate to ensure reasonable cost.
- Manage to work on multiple projects in the given city/location.
- Organize and work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Organize subcontractors/ labors to survey and carry out all stages of work as per agreed schedule.
