Job description
. Handling end-to-end recruitment in all districts (700+) across Pan India(preferred South) .
. Candidate with 2 to 5 yrs of recruitment experience in 2, 3 & 4Tier cities.
. Should be able to communicate in multiple languages
. Should have hired field force (can visit door to door) in multiple regions.
. Sourcing screening, shortlisting profiles
.Must have done hiring in 2, 3 or 4Tier cities.
. Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.
. Good communication skills and negotiation.
. Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.
. Experience 2 yr to 5 yrs in recruitment
. Experience in bulk hiring is a must especially in South India, have hired more than 60 candidates in a month.
. Should be able to communicate in multiple language especially malayala, Kanada, Tamil, Telugu etc ...
(Can relocate to Mumbai (accommodation can be provided)
