We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced options trader to join our dynamic team.

As an Experienced Options Trader, you will play a pivotal role in our trading desk, tasked with generating profits through both position taking and market making in the dynamic landscape of volatility trading. Your responsibilities will extend to comprehensive risk management of your portfolio and desk, ensuring the preservation of capital and sustainable, consistent returns. Beyond daily trading activities, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of our trading infrastructure and setup, leveraging your expertise to improve efficiency and optimize execution. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the ongoing innovation of our trading strategies, devising new approaches to navigate current markets and identifying prospective opportunities. Your commitment to refining our trading processes and introducing novel strategies will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced world of options trading.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics
• Proven experience as an options trader with a successful track record
• In-depth understanding of volatility trading, market making, and risk management
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and options trading strategies
• Desire to work in a team environment
