Job Title: Travel Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling travel products and services, and will be able to
build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel
preferences and requirements.
- Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and
activities.
- Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist
clients.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirement:
- 1+ years of experience in travel sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of travel products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
