Roles & Responsibilities

• Onsite technical & customer support for Installation, Configuration, commissioning, Key operator training and troubleshooting of Production printers & Scanners& Photocopiers.
• Meeting SLA- Service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction toward quality of support, cost control towards proper diagnosis and less utilization of parts.
• Meeting Service revenue targets - towards Post sales:  Spares, AMC, Click revenue, consumables, and retaining customers through value addition.
• Pre sales Support Product Demonstration, sampling, achieving desired print quality, calibration, color matching etc.
