Driving timely and accurate reporting of payment transactions processing, including managing payment posting from external vendors
Reviewing all internal and external data related to servicing and collaborating with the Tech, Finance and Funding teams to troubleshoot and optimize quality and accuracy of data
Recommending potential process improvements and enhancement backed by data and research
Performing daily operational tasks and providing operational support to internal business partners and/or customers
Building various reports on servicing and repayment tasks to share with relevant internal stakeholders
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in business, finance or other quantitative field
3+ years experience with operations, reconciliation, quality assurance or audit functions, preferably within the banking/fintech sector. Collections and Servicing experience will be a plus.
Strong experience in Excel and office tools is mandatory
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to apply critical thinking to complicated problems for timely and effective resolution
Analytically driven with an ability to interpret and derive insights from data
Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
