Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead with expertise in healthcare systems and a strong technical background in various Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing DevOps solutions for our healthcare product within the Azure environment. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, security, and compliance standards, along with hands-on experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps roles, with specific experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST.
• Strong technical proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement DevOps solutions for healthcare products in the Azure environment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, QA, operations, and security to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Define and enforce best practices for code versioning, branching, and merging using tools such as Git.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of healthcare applications.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance and support in DevOps practices and healthcare domain knowledge.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and healthcare IT.
