Job description

Role: Lead Manager – Strategic Program Office Experience: Minimum 12 Yrs.

Lead Manager – SPO will be responsible for effectively managing high risk and large scale critical projects/programs that would deliver against the Company plan. Role may require managing / leading projects involving transitions, improvements, customer escalations, setup of new processes / products, strategic company priorities and more. This role offers an enriched experience potential across practices and industries with possibility of an interface with the CXO level leadership. Commensurate to the exposure, it demands a level of maturity to be able to deal with stakeholders at different level within the organisation.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years’ experience of which, at least 5 years should have been in a project management role (projects may involve non-operational change, operational change, infrastructure setup or transition projects). Experience of leading and managing large projects preferably in a global enterprise. (Desirable) Should have led a team of project managers on large-scale projects following the project management methodology. (Desirable) Should have experience with Program Assurance. Must actively practice the concepts of project/program management.

Education: Graduation required in any discipline. PMP trained/certified / Prince2 certified.
