Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. This is a full-time position with a focus on sales performance, marketing strategies, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in the assigned area
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Provide product education and presentations to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
