Job description
Responsibilities
. Problem Definition: Participate in discussions to understand and analyze the problems faced by Clients gather data as required from the Client and use knowledge base from other projects /benchmarks, define and document the problem and develop high level solution
. Collaborate with Client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
. Contribute to the design and development of Client future processes and organizations with corresponding Transformation Roadmaps
. Conduct Requirements workshops with a team of Global Business & Technical professional & Subject matter experts, translating those requirements into Actionable Project initiatives with associated Business Metrics
. Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes
. Drive Standardization, Harmonization and Best in class practices for a Global F&A process
. Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities for transitioning to Best-in-class stage
. Solving Business problems through innovative & sustainable solutions
. Develop Diagnostic reports, Benchmark reports, Process documents, Fit-gap analysis documentation and Requirement's documentation
. Implementation experience and knowledge of financial close tools like Blackline, Trintech, etc.
. Deep understanding of OTC tools like: High Radius, FSCM (collections and deductions module), ServiceNow, SAP
. Solution Evaluation and Recommendation: Manage end to end pre-sales activities for Digital capabilities - identify opportunity, pitch the right Digital solution, Solution building & Business case creation

Technical and Professional Requirements:
. Domain expert in F&A Invoice to Pay, Order to Cash & Record to Report process
. Hands on experience and delivered at least 2 large scale End to End F&A Transformation for global Clients
. Experience in applying or implementing next-generation technologies such as AI, ML, Intelligent automation, Analytics and process mining to drive business transformations
. Experience in conducting Design thinking led innovation workshops
. Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing and delivering large scale Transformation project.
. Action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.
. Perform process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with power-point and Excel.
