Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and execute events in line with Starkin Solutions' standards.
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
4. Source and negotiate with suppliers for event-related services and products.
5. Implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.
6. Provide on-site management during events to ensure smooth operations.
7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements.
8. Maintain a network of reliable event-related service providers in Hyderabad.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into event planning.
10. Create detailed post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
