We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at videosdk.live. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving the technical aspects of our sales process.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

Possess an in-depth understanding of video streaming technologies, particularly webRTC and HLS.

Demonstrate proficiency in backend programming languages such as [Specify languages] to communicate technical concepts to clients effectively.

Collaborate with the development team to stay abreast of product updates and improvements.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the unique features and capabilities of videosdk.live.

Highlight the integration of our SDKs into various applications and platforms, emphasizing ease of implementation.

Solution Architecture:

Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions using videosdk.live products.

Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams to support sales proposals.

Front-End and Back-End Integration:

  • Assist clients in integrating videosdk.live into both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Offer guidance on customization options and ensure seamless compatibility with clients existing infrastructure.

Programming Languages:

  • Utilize your expertise in front-end programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, React etc.) to address client inquiries related to UI/UX and customization.
  • Collaborate with the backend development team, contributing insights into the technical aspects of the integration process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on selling complex and technical products.
  • Strong understanding of webRTC, HLS, and video streaming technologies.
  • Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., [NodeJS]) and front-end programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, React).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
