Our services include defining the machining process selecting machinery tool holding and workpiece clamping systems and industrial automation. They take complete ownership of the project from part proveout to final handover of the productionready setup. They are authorized dealers for several top OEMs in India and they also supply tools from other reputable brands.
Role Description:
This is a role for a Technical Sales Engineer to be based in Bengaluru Chennai Pune & Delhi with some flexibility to work remotely. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales technical support sales engineering and communication. The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely to support our product line help customers identify and resolve technical problems and drive sales growth.
Qualification:
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Production.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowhow of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings GD&T and tolerances.
- Knowledge of different types of materials and understanding of cutting speed feed and RPM.
- Knowledge of any CAD software and basic computer skills in MS Office. Ability to learn CAM software.
- Proficiency in English Kannada and Hindi and proficiency in additional languages like Tamil and Telugu are a plus.
Job Description:
- Understanding customer requirements for CNC machining and identifying application opportunities are necessary to provide the right product solutions for meeting customer needs.
- Travel to the customer premises to present discuss conduct trials and prove product performance.
- Target Industries: Aerospace Tool & Die Medical Automotive Power & Rail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to understand the machining process and need of tools.
- Coordinate with the technical department for the solution.
- Submitting a technocommercial offer.
- Proving out the cutting process at customer premises reporting and giving feedback to engineering.
- Negotiating and order closing.
- Open to travel and clear in communication
