Role : F&DT Engineer

Experience : 2 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil)

Job Description:

Performing Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) calculations of Aircraft Components (Fuselage, Wing, HT/VT)
Perform Spectrum generation.
Calculation of Equivalent Stress (Fatigue and Crack Propagation), Understanding of Mission Profiles, Rain flow counting, Miner's Rules
Calculation of Stress Concentration Factor (Kt)
Applying static and fatigue design values as applicable
Performing analysis using MSC – Fatigue, MSC – Patran/Nastran, MSC – Marc, NASGRO, Hyper works, Franc 3D
Compilation of calc results and F&DT reporting using MS office Tools (e.g., Word, power point, Excel)
