Job Description
1.To Scout and Sign Franchisee Stores with an Investment of 80 to 100 Lacs
2.To Scout / Identify Properties for Company owned stores with a sixe of 1500 to 600 sq ft.
3.To Collect and Verify Property Documents from the LL.
4.To Liason between the LL and Legal team for Vetting of Documents and Lease Draft discussion.
5.To ensure that the property gets legally approved and register the property with the Sub Registrar Office
6.To Co Ordinate between the projects team for basic Layout, Design and Dockets
7.To Co Ordinate with the Landlords for Completion on Lessor Scope of work and timely handover of property
8.To Co Ordinate with the projects teamto scout and complete the work on timely manner
9.To Ensure that stores are opening with Projected Sales.
