Mechanical Design Engineer
EXP: 3-10 Years Location: Bangalore(WFO) Walk In Interview Skill Set /Experience Required Experience - 3+ Years
- Work experience in SolidWorks is a must
- Strong proficiency in designing 3D CAD models
- Understanding of simulation and analysis
- Thorough knowledge of tolerances, machine elements and
manufacturing process/methods
- Having knowledge about actuators and sensors is an added
advantage
- Knowledge of different mechanisms
- Knowledge of kinematics with mathematical modeling
- Hands-on experience at mechanical workshop is an added advantage
Responsibilities - Translate requirements to technical specifications.
- Ideate concepts for the requirement.
- Design manufacturable 3D components and parts
- Selection and procurement of components
- Developing 2D drawings
- Analysis of design
- Static and dynamic payload based structural designs.
- Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to
bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
- Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and
structural analysis.
Education BE/BTech or higher
