Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Mavshacklive an ecommerce market place, a subsidiary of IPMovers IT Private Limited! We are looking for a talented individual with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel skills, and Hindi proficiency (spoken) to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Call our customers for reviews and feedback
- Maintain customer records, update databases, and generate reports using MS-Excel.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels as needed.
- Monitoring and managing shipments.
- Monitor on NDR shipments and call for their smooth delivery.
