Overview This is a Technical Manager role to lead technical team with good Architect experience on IAM technologies. Work with various business and IT teams and define technical requirements for Identity Management (IDM) and Access Governance and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented. Develop / implement Identity Manager functionality to fulfill business requirements. Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Management tools. Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo. Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools. Responsibilities Comply with information security processes, procedures, and controls Design and development of IAM services and tools Customize IAM product features to fulfill requirements that cannot be met with standard out-of-box functionality Perform vendor and technology assessments Advocate secure computing practices and procedures and communicate Information Security and IAM best practices throughout the company Maintain active and direct interaction with key stakeholders Partner with leaders and executes the vision, strategy and roadmap for team within the unit Provide recommendations to the leaders for strategy development Research and bring forward industry best practices that could benefit and the enterprise Provide leadership in the optimization, efficiency and capacity planning of operations associated with assigned team Provide guidance and subject matter expertise for complicated environments including detailed analysis for IAM solutions. Propose solutions for project requirements to enable business needs and meet project deliverables. Coordinate initiatives, ensuring AOP deliverables including appropriate training, and communication of security, IAM mandates. Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation for associated projects or current internal processes Engineer solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, and comply with information security requirements Evaluate, develop and implement secure IAM solutions, based on approved enterprise security architectures Communicate IAM security risks and solutions to business and IT executives Qualifications Senior professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in Identity and Access Management field. A minimum of 10 years plus architect, administrative and operational support experience in Identity Management; CA Identity Management is highly preferred. Minimum 8+ years of I/T security experience or relevant Security certifications. Understanding and knowledge of monitoring tools knowledge of audit and privileged access administration. Experience of security policy and compliance, Control specific standards. Understanding and knowledge of process management with some experience running projects. Ability to work with complex details Experience with various ID administration processes for platforms (Windows) and Operating Systems (Windows, or Unix/Linux); or Databases (Oracle, SQL etc). Excellent work item follow-up skills with attention to details • Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively interact with global teams Proven track record of successful IAM implementations and support of those applications. Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate actions. Thorough, detail-oriented and quality-driven with excellent communication and inter-personal skills Relevant industry training and/or certification preferred Mandatory Technical Skills Design deploy and Architect IDM and Access Governance Solutions. Symantec(Broadcom's) Identity Management (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration; Development of workflows, custom connectors and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or equivalent technology; Development experience using JAVA, J2EE, Java Script, and XML. Experience with Linux and Windows platforms; and working with JBOSS, Apache, SUN LDAP and other supporting technologies. Experience in installing and configuring with CA Identity Governance and CA Identity Portal. Excellent knowledge in Pehtaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool. Knowledge and understanding in Recertification process. Experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required Mandatory Non-Technical Skills Excellent communications skills both oral and written Experience working with different stake holders globally across different levels Understanding and knowledge of project and process management with some experience running projects Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend alternatives Attention to details Experience with compliance, controls and managing audits Excellent follow-up skills with attention to details ensuring closure on open items Lead and manage technical team Differentiating Competencies Lead both employee and vendor's with good technical skills Ability to deal with competing priorities while staying productive Detail oriented, team Leadership and confidence Ability to listen and understand other perspectives and consider them in decisions Able to deliver quality results in a high-energy/high-pressure environment Ability to multi-task and manage demands of many projects, issues, and tasks Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
